We all know people who are excitable, who move faster than others around them. Is that you?! This workshop is for fast-paced leaders who need to get focused. The training presents tools to be an effective and attentive listener. You will learn not to wait for your turn to talk, but to listen deeply for learning and understanding. Hear more clearly what is, and what is not being said. Be curious to learn more from your partners and team mates. In addition to listening, you will learn simple tools to practice better planning. We practice a recurring plan-do-check-act cycle that lets you reflect on the right questions for continuous improvement. With practice of these new tools, you will create a more balanced approach in your professional and personal life.
